When Transcription Partners are signed, "Area of operation" will be discussed and decided based on the distances to be covered, Supporting Staff, Time dedicated for this activity, Effort on marketing activity and client concentration on that geographical area. It will be made sure that this area of operation does not interfere with any other partner in the network. Partners are more likely based on States or Regions. Businesses originating from the partners own effort will not have any restriction on the area and the partner could handle it the way he wishes. But the leads generated by the coordinated effort of Sirius and the Partners will strictly follow the area of operation to protect partners interest.
