Sirius BPO Services "Transcription Partner" program is designed to bring all the facilities available for bigger groups, to the stranded target segment that is deprived of that technology advantage.

Sirius BPO Services has near shore and offshore operations to facilitate this methodology of working. The Offshore operation brings a huge pool of talented workforce who are trained in Medical Transcription and who possess a basic Science or English graduation. They are trained to work in a process driven work culture where everything happens in a seamless and sequential operation from where the Dictation enters the facility to where the Transcribed Reports are being signed and printed. The process is designed in such a way the dictation doesn't get stuck with somebody and is continuously monitored for the progress in work till delivery. The offshore operation maintains redundant Human resources, It infrastructure, Communication links and Web servers to ensure a reliable operation with minimal possible downtime. The part of the Partner agreement includes a Service Level Agreement that defines the quality of service that could be expected of the offshore operation.

So Outsourcing is not seen anymore as a tool only for cost cutting but it is being seen as a strategy to gain Control over business, Do better planning and stay on top of deliverables.

The near shore operation facilitates only the Transcription Partner program and its key responsibility is to serve and empower the signed Transcription partner. The transcription partner will typically sign an agreement or Memorandum of understanding with the near shore Sirius, to work together and use the services of near shore Sirius wherever found necessary. The near shore Sirius will be a US registered entity and this helps all the parties involved to come under one law umbrella.
